SENSEI EDWARD PEARCE

Sensei Ed began his martial arts journey in Tae Kwon Do in 1998. As he got older he sought out other martial arts where he found Itosu Shito-Ryu Karate in 2003 , achieving his 1st Dan Black belt in 2009 he continued his journey achieving 3rd Dan in 2014.

In 2016 he moved to NSW and began training anew in Goju-Ryu Karate under Sensei Vince Robinson and  Sensei Joe Roses, achieving his 1st Dan in 2019 and 3rd Dan in 2024.

Returning to QLD as Sensei at the WAMA dojo he offers a wealth of knowledge to the Ipswich community with students that have become state and national champions.
